We were founded in the 1999 with a strong vocation for the international and commercial law, and we evolved in the following years obtaining in September of the year 2007, the title of Doria Taffelli Law office and finally in 2019 we assumed the present structure denominated "Doria & Associati srl - Società tra Avvocati".

In the wider market of legal services, the Doria & Associati STA ltd Law Firm has always differentiated itself as a reality extremely sector-based and specialized in the support of businesses and entrepreneurs who are looking for excellence in their framework expressing a constant and innovative commitment in order to help and assist their clients in achieving their success in Italy and Abroad. The support given has never limited itself to the sole counselling, as it has always extended also to the assistance of their clients in front of the main Courts (in Europe and in the WTO Countries) for the judicial protection of their interests and rights.

The structure of the Doria & Associati STA ltd Law Firm is innovative due to the fact that it is flexible and adaptable to the needs of every single client: we are selective as we offer services exclusively in fields where we are sure we can offer the maximum research of the excellence in terms of quality and competence; we are independent because, by wanting to offer excellence to our clients, our structure needs to compete on every market and for this reason we chose as our main strength our network (build during the years) that doesn't depend on over-structures (sometimes Extra-territorial), in order to offer partnership in every field with the main law firms or the main ALE (Advisory Legal Entity); we are dynamic as we believe in the modern technologies, in the new markets and in the direct assistance of our clients in the territory.

We offer assistance to businesses under Italian and foreign law, to funds and investors of private equity, to credit institutions, investment managers and financial service providers in general. We provide them an adequate risk mapping (see section of our site regarding the economic analysis of law) and a competent counselling service in every sector of the business law.

Our main areas of work are the commercial and corporate law, the debt restructuring and bankruptcy law in general, the interdisciplinary application of the norms of law - even the international one - for the assistance in the structured finance field and the finance services. Recently, in order to meet the new market needs, a new department of collaboration with the most important European Family Office has been established.

Furthermore, the Law office deals with extra-ordinary business operations with a particular focus on the new technologies (from the crypto currencies to the blockchain).

We believe in the globalization and for this reason we have worked and built experience in the most sophisticated finance markets including New York, Dubai, London, Paris, Zurich and Brussels as well as the new emerging ones of Mumbai and São Paulo. We have collaborated with the main International local law firms in order to be as flexible as we can and to offer our customers an effective and qualified assistance.

Finally, a deontological note: Italy is certainly not a country that keeps up with the regulation of the legal services as it places a lot of restrictions on lawyers in the digital exercise of their work (restrictions which are definitely minor for our competitors outside Italy). Therefore, in conformity with the recent jurisprudential rules concerning the lawyer's activities, this site is divided in different sections, most of them are accessible only to those who are already clients of the Doria & Associati STA ltd Law Firm, in order to avoid that more structured information and detailed documentation could be misunderstood as activities to poach clients. Furthermore, in accordance with the recent jurisprudential rules, the list of our clients (Italian and Foreign) who have been successfully assisted in the past few years, has been removed from our site1.
