These days it was published the book "Business Crisis and Health Emergency" ("Crisi d'impresa ed emergenza sanitaria") published by Zanichelli, edited by our friend Professor and Lawyer Stefano Ambrosini, with a contribution by the Professor and Lawyer Guido Doria on "The corporate crisis during Covid 19: use of emergency legislation between good intentions and bad habit" ("La Crisi d'impresa in periodo di Covid 19: uso della legislazione d'urgenza tra buone intenzioni e cattive abitudini").
A good opportunity to reflect on the legislator's difficulty in providing effective tools for Italian entrepreneurship.
