In the month of October 2021 La Linea Verde Società Agricola spa issued a bond of 15 million euros, with the SACE Green guarantee, endorsed by Unicredit spa.
It is the first minibond operation of Unicredit assisted by the Sace Green guarantee in Italy. The seven-year bond will support the business development program which includes the requalification of the production chain through the adoption of high intensity innovation technologies.
The Company La Linea Verde was assisted by the law firm Doria & Associati STA ltd, with a team formed by the partner Prof. Avv. Guido Doria and the associate Avv. Elisa Cocchi; Unicredit spa and SACE spa were assisted by the law firm Legance.
La Linea Verde is a leading Italian producer of fresh and ready-to-eat fruit and vegetable products, present in the fruit and vegetable department of the Retail channel under the DimmidiSì brand and under the brands of major European retailers. In line with the group's growth, the three Italian sites have been joined by a further five productions sites, which are strategically located throughout Europe; the Company sells its products in 25 European countries and has closed the year 2020 with a turnover of 315 million euros.
